Ok, so I just finished my post about how Air Canada sucks… and it got worse.

One of my bags decided not to join me on my flight from Toronto to London. So after waiting for every single bag to be offloaded from the aircraft, I made my way to the Air Canada Customer Service desk in Heathrow and informed the lady behind the counter that I could not find my bag. She replied, ‘What do you want me to do about it?’ – well, I went nuts… I just got off a crap 7 hour flight, they lose my bag, and they say ‘what do you want me to do’?? the best part, is that after they figured out that the best course of action would be to try and locate my bag, they couldn’t actually do so. They couldn’t even figure out if it had left Toronto or not… wow – superstar service.

Since I was leaving for a connecting flight to a small town (limoges) in France, I was screwed. After arguing with them for ages, they eventually offered me $50 Canadian dollars to purchase toiletries… barely enough to buy shampoo and and soap in the UK…
