TIFF Movie: Romance and Cigarettes

Categories: Movies, Toronto

By far the best movie I’ve seen in long time. I knew that there were a lot of big names in the movie, but I had no idea what the movie was about. I was on the ground laughing my ass off when in the first 15min James Gandolfini (who will always seem like Tony Soprano to me…), breaks out into song and dance. Turns out the movie is a musical. Kate Winslet was awesome with her brummie accent, but the best scene was when Uncle Bo (Christopher Walken) first appears – classic.

It’s too bad that only John Turturro and Bobby Cannavale were able to make it.
