this is hippie city number 2… Pushkar is an incredible looking city with incredible sunsets but it is really small and full of hippie peoples who insist on walking around the streets (which are full of cow shit and sewage runoffs) in their bare feet. Even the locals don’t do that. I was talking to one of the shop owners and he was telling me how he thinks foreigners are very dirty people… talk about perceptions! this from a city where they bath and crap in the same lake…
so i decided to get hippie as well, chopped my hair (but kept the rat tail), grown a beard, and took up a tabla class – i gots lightning fast rhythm… watch out!
