I keep getting a B200 error on my Canon PIXMA printer. The solution is the same, but always have to dig this up:

IMPORTANT – You MUST let the printer head move past the midway point before closing the lid!!! Friggin wasted hours because I missed that simple point… Who figured that one out and how??
